How long will it take to receive my order?

For digital products:

You will instantly receive your books to the email address provided at checkout. Look for an email from BookFunnel. If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check if it got caught in your spam or promotions folder. 

 

Please follow these instructions to download your digital products:

Log in to BookFunnel with the email you used at checkout, and you will find your library.

If you can't click the link above, copy and paste this into your browser's search bar: https://my.bookfunnel.com/

From there, you can download your ebooks and send them to whatever device you like to read on. 

To enjoy your books on your phone, download the BookFunnel app and sign in with the email you used at checkout. You can also enjoy them on your computer, ereader, tablet, and more!

For physical products:

We process orders within 5-20 days.Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive email updates on the status of your order once it has shipped. 


What can I expect from a Grace Argento book?

The hallmarks of a Grace Argento book are:

  • Worldbuilding inspired by history

  • Fast-paced fantasy adventures in epic settings

  • Swoony romance with NO open-door intimate scenes

  • Characters use in-world oaths and slurs instead of real-world swearing

  • Fight scenes are a must, but there will be no gratuitous gore


Why should I buy these books directly from you and not on a retail site like Amazon or Barnes & Noble?

Retailers only offer the book. They cannot sell the full bundle with stickers, bookmarks, and other swag. They also can’t offer signed copies, and they won’t wrap your book in a pretty little package before sending it.

Additionally, when you buy directly from the author, you are giving far more of your money to the author rather than the company. Retailers take between 30-70% of the sale, so authors see far more profit from a direct sale. It’s also just a more personal experience. 


What if my books are damaged?

For all physical products, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of placing your order. We do not offer refunds for digital products at this time.
